That first batch of pre-orders has now obviously sold through, extending the dates further. Valve has a special shipping FAQ page for Canada. Index is still notably not available in some major regions like China I would say be patient and don't worry, you will receive your Index and, if it takes longer, this is most likely for a good reason, to ensure that you receive a high quality product.
